installing a new chimney
Traditionally a fireplace provided warmth, light, cooking facilities and the central focal point to any home. For the last two decades, with the introduction of more modern heating systems, builders have turned their backs on the traditional fireplace.
Many modern homes have been built with cost savings in mind and without a traditional chimney. This has stolen the hearts from our homes, for only with a living fire does a room become a living room. modern chimney systems provide a previously impossible flexibility to our lives, the wood burning stove can now be installed virtually anywhere in your home from a grand fireplace providing a focal point in any period house, to a discrete appliance converting a cold conservatory into a warm winter snug.
