Just a quick email to let you know that the work has been carried out in a very professionl way. The guys were punctual and explained exactly what they were going to do. 10 months ago i had installed by Yorkshire Stoves a Franco Belge 5KW Multi fuel stove fitted into my living room,this was a FANTASTIC snd suprisingly wonderfull addition to our living room,the warmth of the whole living room is brilliant the economy of using the fire is also well worth the initial cost of the Purchase,we have saved money by not using our gas central heating as much,plus the cosiness of a real Fire,its a pleasure to use our living room with this stove.
For anyone who reads this if you are considering a Stove or fire from Yorkshir Stoves You will never regret your purchase as i have discovered.

From the inital assesment, all the way through to final installment Yorkshire Stoves have proved a highly profession and efficient company, who instilled confidence in us from day one.
The team of installers, Dave, Mark, and Danny proved very friendly individuals, hard working, and they left no mess whatsoever when the job was completed.
A special thanks to Dave who we found most knowledgable, and totally professional in his attiutde towards ourselves and the service he provided.
All in all I would recommended anyone to use your company, in this day and age it is reassuring to know that there are companies such as yours still out there.

A very efficient and friendly team, everything went well except whe Adam neary lost the rods up the chimney. My daughter went to work and returned to a clean room and a great new stove. She thought the fairies had been and done it I know better it was Adam and his mate. I wouldn't dare call them fairies. Thanks a for great day. Ron Si

I don't normally write testimonials but I have been so impressed with the quality of service from Yorkshire stoves. Darren, the sales guy, was extremley helpful guiding me through everything, Amanda on the phone was very understanding and nothing was too much trouble when I was changing my mind! On the day of installing the stove the guys that came where respectful, professional and did a outstanding job. I have been very pleased the the customer service that Yorkshire stoves provides.

Hi just a quick note to say how happy we are with work completed by the 'blue team' yesterday and today (13&14th Oct). The stove looks lovely and the lads were extremely efficient....we will recommend Yorkshire Stoves Direct in the future...

I would have no reservations about recommending yorkshire stoves to anyone, the service was excellent throughout. From when Darren came to perform the survey, we had a quote (with pictures) e-mailed to us the next day!! and the stove was fitted 2 weeks later on the day we had arranged, the fitting team were clean professional and polite. all told the whole experience was a pleasure.

On Monday 7th March your Blue Team came to fit our inset stove. The team consisted of Mark, Mark and Luke. From the moment they arrived in the morning they proved to be exemplary workers. They treated our home as if it was our home and not just some building site. They were very respectful of our needs regarding movement in the house that day and their approach to the work was first class. To fit our stove Mark had to take down our existing fireplace to a halfway level and the re-build it back up.His care in doing this and the finished look is perfect.__The two young men he brought with him worked to his instructions, quietly and efficiently - they were a credit to employees of their age.__The stove looks brilliant and is working well.__We would like you to thank the boys for their hard work and fantastic approach to the job and their customers.
